What happens if I receive the wrong item?
R' Allure Beauty will issue an immediate refund for all items that were not received. If item is still in stock all items that were not received will be reshipped.
Can I return an item?
All sales are FINAL. R' Allure Beauty does not accept ORDER RETURNS or EXCHANGES after products are shipped.
How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number or email us at rallurebeauty@gmail.com
